Why have a Children’s Mushroom Plaque?

These plaques are embedded into a range of free standing mushroom-shaped memorials with room for three, four or five circular dedication plaques, ideal for a family memorial, or as individual plaques.

Details

  • Each circular plaque measures 4 inches in diameter.
  • Made from granite with text inscribed in gilded or relief (lettering stands proud of the granite so it can be seen even when wet).
  • Images cannot be added to the plaques.
  • Plaques can accommodate a maximum of 5 lines.
  • Plaques with gilded lettering can accommodate up to 13 characters a line, except line 3 which can accommodate 17 characters.
  • Plaques with relief lettering can accommodate up to 8 characters a line, except line 3 which can accommodate 12 characters.

The Children’s Mushroom Plaque Memorial is Located within our Children’s Memorial Garden at Bramcote Crematorium.

If you would like further information, please contact the Bereavement office staff who will be pleased to provide details.

Once we receive your order a proof of your memorial will be created and sent to you for sign off.

If you are happy we will produce and install your memorial, advising you when it is ready to view.
